I join most of the folks hear to confirm this is a scam company with appalling service. They are unethical and rude. I went online to order t-shirts. I chatted with the customer service person. on their site it says same day delivery which is why i wanted to use them. I asked the customer service person to confirm this as i was leaving the country. she dliberately waited until the order went through to tell me that they dont offer same day delivery and that in fact it would take several weeks to process and ship the order. I immediately requested a refund. She lied and said it had been processed which was not true. Then she told me to call the company to discuss. I called and found I was speaking to the same person I had been chatting with who proceeded to again give me the run around. promising to cancel the order and not doing so. I called paypal and they said the order must be cancelled by the vendor who should provide a cancellation number. They refused to give me one. Flash forward to two weeks later -- the money was withdrawn from my account. It took me about THREE HOURS using their circular automated system, to finally get the self same person on the line, who pretended not to know who I was and gave me more run around before FINALLY giving me the refund I had asked for TWO WEEKS BEFORE. These people are a scam. RUN FOR THE HILLS.
