I ordered two hoodies and two long sleeve shirts and the printing on both of them is terrible. I'm confused because I've previously ordered a tshirt with the same images and I thought it was good. This time the printing looks faded on the hoodie, and the printing on the shirts is all pixilated. If the images I uploaded weren't of the quality required I don't understand why I wasn't notified. I paid a lot of money for this order and it does make me wonder what service I bought when the quality control seems to have gone out the window.
I did get in touch to ask for a refund, full or partial, but was denied this. I was confused as the website banner at the top states 'Absolute Satisfaction Guarantee' but I was told that this comes with conditions and doesn't apply to my order. How convenient. It should not be so prominently displayed on the website if it only applies to a limited amount of orders- it's completely misleading.
Customer service was unhelpful. I was offered a reprint with a discount but this is redundant considering the clothes were for an event this weekend. It's just so disappointing and wasteful because just to look at the garments is to know that they are unfit for use. What is the point of printing them, sending them, when they are this bad- only to say it's my fault so like it or lump it. It shows a real lack of integrity.
