Appalling customer service. I am a tee shirt reseller and ordered a shirt from them on the 7th may with a 'guaranteed' despatch date of 11th May. As of 15th May work hasn't started on my order, they don't have the correct shirts in stock and can't give me a date when they will be. Asked if it was possible to cancel so I could order elsewhere and told no because it's in their T&C's which surely should not stand as they are in breach of their guaranteed despatch. Absolutely no regard for their customers, take your money, fail on service and fob you off. ABSOLUTELY AVOID, I use several printing companies for my print on demand business and never been treated like this. I have had to refund my customer who the order is for and I am now out of pocket.
