With their buggy site I couldn't find the way to place my order as a business account. So I placed my order as a personal (paying the full price) and wrote them an e-mail to confirm this needs to be a "white label" package. No invoice, no branding. They reply telling me that it is not possible as I ordered it as a personal customer. I instantly ask them to cancel my order so that I may rectify the situation. To which I was told it's impossible as they already started work on them. When I asked for info on how to order the garments using my "business account", I was greeted with a T&C e-mail, stating how as a business account it is my responsibility to ensure everything is ok and that I order my garments correctly. Not what I was asking, so I tried again. Between Katarina and Georgiana they have been badgering me with copy+pasted answers unrelated to my questions. Then I get an e-mail stating they haven't even received the garments to be printed on. I have been lied and deceived by their support staff and I am not even closer to getting my t-shirts. As this was an urgent situation I made arrangements elsewhere. I have raised a dispute with PayPall to get my money back.
