Booking was OK but there were no instructions on the email or at Faro airport as to the location of Turisprime. It took nearly 2 hours between following advice from Hertz, Tourist info, leaving a voicemail on Turisprime phone number before a driver from Turisprime came to the airport to collect us. Then the car had multiple significant dents and scratches (not noted on the rental agreement) We had to photograph most of the car
