This was our first organized tour, we have always traveled independently in the past. We decided to book trough Travelstride to expedite the planning process and map out the logistics in an unfamiliar destination. Marc, our Travelstride rep, was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating in booking our trip to Costa Rica. He answered our questions promptly and posed good alternatives from which we could chose. We worked with him during the holiday timeframe yet he remained focused and responsive to our needs.
