I placed an order on 2/26/25 and in no place within the description did it have a notice their hatching eggs would not be available for shipping after 1-3 business days. Instead I received an email on 3/1 that my order would be in transit starting 6/10. I canceled my order because this timeframe wasn't what I wanted otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. I was charged a cancellation fee of 15$ for an order that would be in "transit" starting on 6/10. This is not customer service. I do not recommend this company.
