I placed an order and after a few days the status still stated “awaiting fulfillment”. I tried to call Stromberg but no answer and then I messaged them and still no reply. I had to call the parent company MannLake to reach someone. They told me the item was discontinued and they would have to cancel my order. I guess they just weren’t going to inform me that they were not shipping my item.
