I am absolutely one of those coffee snobs that needs beans from a specific area, grind size, water ratios dialed in etc. Though as I’ve gotten busier (hopefully more productive) I’ve realized I don’t have all the time every day to sit down and go through my meditative grind/brew/wait/pour steps. That's where Strong comes in! There's a different mental kick that comes from Strong whether it be Daybreaker or the black. I honestly have to hold myself back from grabbing another scoop as i work on improving my sleep hygiene and eating schedule though when I'm on top of those, Strong Coffee pushes me to the limit.
