Ich wollte den bestellten Artikel wieder zurückschicken und habe deshalb, wie angeboten, eine Mail verschickt, um Rücksendeunterlagen zu bekommen. Meine Mail wurde nie beantwortet und Unterlagen bekam ich auch keine. Werde bei dieser Firma nichts mehr bestellen. Den Umgang mit Kunden stelle ich mir anders vor.
