I bought the passive struts to replace the front magnadrive system on my 2011 Cadillac EXT. While waiting on them to arrive I noticed some of the bad reviews on this site. Obviously I started second guessing my choice. I was dreading the process of returning them, paying a restock fee, and then paying the expensive price of replacements. One day later, after worrying the whole time, they arrived. There was no damage, no "cheap" components, no missing parts and none of the horror stories I read about. The struts looked and seemed to be high quality and packaging exceeded my expectations. Installation was a breeze, and then came the "test drive". My truck drove and responded to the road as it did when I first bought it! Maybe even better! Overall I am highly satisfied and will buy from them again. I truly believe these bad posts are false.
