I registered my details then I made my purchase and paid for product. A few hours later I get an email canceling my order. Offering a gesture of good will. However I need now to wait for refund to be processed making it tight for Christmas delivery.
Why not call explain the problem allowing me to choose a credit so I can reorder straight away?
