The description of a jacket was not as stated (not for the first time) and the reason was given that the description is taken from the manufacturer direct, but the jacket wasn't as far as I cold see available direct. Belstaff. It was a smart jacket so I kept it anyway. It was a supposed new arrival in stock at Stuarts. What annoys me is, not for the first time, the jacket was then offered on sale a week later when I could have saved £80. I know sales have to start at some point, but a week after a new product is added? Come on. Perhaps a little more care / knowledge about products and a bit more thought for loyal customers. As I said in my email query at the time, I'll think twice in future. You did ask. Ian.
