I tried to order a new belt from Stuarts and my experience has been terrible. I understand that Royal Mail has been hacked and I've been exceptionally patient of waiting more than a month to see what happens. However, now I'm stuck in limbo where Stuarts is waiting for an update from Royal Mail, but without the update I can't ask for a refund or get a new belt shipped to me. So basically if Royal Mail never updates my shipment I will never get my money back or a new product shipped to me, because apparently that's the only option I have now.
