Ok, but the item I ordered didn't fit, so I contacted them for an exchange and was sent a label to print and return, instead of a QR code and I don't have a printer, so that was pretty useless.
They then advised me the size I wanted to exchange for wasn't in stock, so I asked for a refund which they sent but knocked off the price of postage which, according to the Consumer Contract Regulations introduced in 2014, is illegal.
