The item arrived in an un usable condition. SOL apologetic and sent a returns label the problems then started. I have no printer they cannot provide QR codes they apologised. So I’m left with an unusable item I’ve paid postage for and because I have no printer basically tuff !! I asked for a printed label to be sent with replacement item but they wouldn’t do that. I was told to take it to the post office and see if they would print the label but then informed other customers have reported this doesn’t work, so why suggest it to me. ?? Book a free collection on your own post office account using the label tracking number ( because it’s prepaid there’s no option to request a label be brought on collection ) and then ask for proof off the postman that they couldn’t accept the package without a label when they come to collect ?? So basically I was messed about, sent on wild goose chases for the grand price of a £1.79 tin of shoe polish !! I had to start a pay pal case to recover the postage cost and item cost and received a snotty email from SOL telling me the customer service team had sent me a returns label and done nothing but try to help me and could not see how I could find it stress full. I received my refund via pay pal and I would never ever use or recommend Stuart’s of London online service to anyone. Why they have emailed me and asked me to write a review is beyond me 😂
