As my first purchase from Stuarts London, I ordered an item shown as available on the website. However, no attempt was made to offer me an alternative product, which was available, in order to save the sale. This made me feel I was not highly valued as a customer. I considered purchasing the item from other suppliers but was unable to find it at a similar price. Then I noticed that a very similar product was also indicated as available from Stuarts London. This time, I contacted their sales team to check the availablity was accurate. They called me back in less than an hour to confirm it was available. I ordered this similar product and it arrived quickly and in good condition.
