Their customer care attention to first class. I ordered an item and it arrived as expected on time. Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I requested a replacement (which they sent me a free returns label) and sent the item back. As they didn't have the item in my size, I was refunded straight away and there was always clear communication with everyone that I interacted with.
