I purchsed a gift voucher online as a gift and expected the voucher to be mailed to me.
Whilst I received an order confirmation I have never received the voucher itself, despite writing in to your customer service department.
Dispapointing as providing the recipient with an order confirmation is not ideal. This is unprofessional and a missed branding opportunity for Stuarts.
