Great product, prompt delivery initiated by Stuarts however DPD were unable to find my address in Tilbury Docks. Made very little effort to find my building and received a notification to say "there was nobody in to sign for the parcel". I then had to collect from the post office the following day. Did try to contact Stuarts at 5pm to find out more info, however the call went straight to answer phone even though the message stated they close at 6pm???? Furthermore, I was charged an extra fee to have next day delivery (BEFORE 5pm) and DPD sent notification to say delivery would be made between 1645/1745? I was unhappy about this as I needed to be leaving my work place at 5pm to attend other business. After speaking with DPD, I found out delivery service before 5pm does not exist, and they only offer morning or afternoon delivery. Great product but disappointed with delivery service, thanks.
