So may I begin by saying that I am more than happy with the items I purchased and the excellent and very impressive selection of high quality and unusual stock items. On a note where improvements could be made. If an item has an offer of a 20% discount with a discount code to use and then there is no obvious opportunity to use that code and actually receive that discount, especially when that item costs hundreds of pounds, then that is disappointing. Secondly, the next day delivery was not achieved, the delivery was close to 48 hours past your cut-off time. So again, not going to kill me as I was on holiday and at home, but still, not in accordance with your promise. On balance, I am happy with the goods but disappointed in the overall customer satisfaction scoring. Thank you.
