Sent the wrong shoe. They were prompt with customer service about returning the product. I have ordered before and never had a problem with the product sent. This may be a one off as far as sending the wrong shoe. Hopefully this is corrected quickly.
I rate this poor for sending the wrong shoe. I would rate the service 5 otherwise.
