Order a referbished (B+ condition) iPod 5th generation via the website after reading various review sites with very good reviews of student computers. Within half an hour of ordering I received a phone call from a very polite chap from student computers informing me he had my order in front of him and he wanted to check a few things with me. He asked that I understood that it was a referbished model described as B+ condition and went on to tell me what "issues" constituted the B+ rating on my item (2 light scratches on screen and 1 on edge of casing) . All understood he told me I should receive it early this week having got free postage for 2-3 working day delivery and placing order on Friday. Sure enough I get a text and email Tuesday with an expected 1 hour delivery slot. Unfortunately I was going to be out, not to worry I was given a link to change delivery to any of the following 1) rearrange delivery day 2) have it delivered to a "delivery shop" for collection the following day (there were plenty of local shops to choose from) 3) leave in a safe place 4) leave with any neighbour 5) leave with a specific neighbour I chose to leave with any neighbour, and received a text confirming that, along with a text confirming when the delivery had actually taken place with included not only the time along with the name and address of the neighbour but also a photo of their house where the parcel was delivered. Condition of iPod is way beyond expectation, had the scratches not been mentioned I doubt they would even have been noticed Can't recommend student computers enough along with DPD courier service, absolutely outstanding customer service which I can't remember receiving the like of for a very very long time Thankyou
