The information on the website was very clear - and when it arrived everything was as it said it would be. I ordered an IPOD Touch 4th Gen - it is in mint condition and works perfectly well. The item arrived really really quickly - top marks for that - excellent packaging. the only slight confusion was that the description included a 12 month warranty and headphones - and when I placed the order, I had the option to buy the warranty and headphones. which I didn't - and the seller confirmed in email that these were included - so the checkout process needs adjusting probably. but apart from that tip top marks! well done.
