Quality machine at a competitive price. Two problems however, both associated with the illustration and spec. information. The illustration depicted a card reader on the front of the PC (I note that it is declared optional on the literature accompanying the machine) but one was not installed.. Issue was agreeably resolved following a phone call - £20 reimbursed - I prefer not to return the machine if at all possible. Second problem, again illustration depicts a VGA port at rear of machine (also it appears in the literature to be optional) this problem was critical in that having urgently purchasing an adapter to DVId port this resulted in severe screen flutter. Final outcome I was obliged to purchase new monitor. Otherwise, all is well!
