I bought an Xbox one controller from them for a great price considering it was the new model with Bluetooth (and in white). As it was second hand it had a small fault - the LT was too sensitive! Sounds like not much of a problem but believe me it was - especially on racing games. I took it back and they exchanged it for another without any problems. And the new controller is perfect. Would definitely recommend doing business with these guys - the girl that helped me both times is really nice too.
