I purchased a refurbished phone which came with a 12 month warranty. At 11 months the phone died but I could not find the receipt and was not even sure who I purchased it from. I contacted Student Computers who found me on their records from my postcode - this already is great service compared to most. They took my phone back without question, however they were unable to get it repaired and as there was no suitable alternative available they gave me a full refund. A company that does what it says on the tin is so very rare these days - I will, as Arnie said, be back.
