This is the second I-Pad we have bought from yourselves. On receiving the i-pad we were very pleased with it. The lead for the charger was not compatible so rung and spoke to member of staff who was very sorry and said he would put one in the post. We received 2 days later and since then my daughter has been very pleased with it. Having had 2 other i-pads in the past (not Apple) that needed charging every day i would no doubt recommend your company to family and friends.
