I had never heard of Student Computers until it came up on Google while I was doing research on the best laptop to replace my old one. After checking out a few websites, Student Computers had the best price for what I wanted. I have to admit I was in doubt at first, but I contacted them to ask a question about the product and I was very impressed by how prompt and friendly they were in answering my enquiry. I’m glad I took the plunge because I am a very satisfied customer. The laptop was on next day delivery. I received an email from their courier DPD to inform me the name of the delivery person and they gave a time slot of an hour. He arrived exactly halfway into the timeslot and delivered the package which was exactly as Student computers described it. Customer service as friendly and prompt as that is rare these days. The overall service was excellent. If I had to buy again tomorrow I’d look there first. I’m still elated with my purchase 5 days in. Highly recommended.
