Bought a sofabed which ripped at the seams in several places, and had only been used 3 times.
Reported the issue to Studio, 2nd November and despite numerous emails have had no response until today. I am told they cannot do anything without an independent report on company headed paper.
I realise this is a cheaper sofabed but would not expect it to rip on minimal use.
Their customer service is appalling and cannot actually speak to person.
