Ordered linen placemats. The came with no care instructions. I email the company and received a totally useless reply with one care instruction (one saying it can be washed. I followed up with several more emails and they refuse to reply. This is a Chinese company that has a drop shipping warehouse in City of Industry. Communication (what little there is, is in scripts using broken English.
