never received product. Having a very hard time getting a refund too. Bought a plant last year from them and it delivered broken and died within 3 days. They refunded me with a gift card which i did not use until this last month. I ordered a cactus which was supposed to deliver a week ago. It has not been found anywhere despite multiple talks with the USPS delivery person. I checked around my complex and still nothing. They haven’t responded to my emails except once telling me to ask my neighbors and the post office. Which i did and they’ve never seen the package. At this point I just want my full refund, including the money they gave back in the form of a gift card. Both purchases from this company have been nothing but headaches. They also invite you to review their website, you cannot leave reviews unless you are invited. It’s a shady website all around and I do not recommend anyone to purchase plants from them. Use a more reputable site or a local nursery.
