Edit: I was very pleased that customer support reached out and at least offer a credit towards my next order.
I am basing this review simply on my last shipment. My order was in my town and then when back to another city 3 hrs away. The box itself was sitting upsidedown when I got home and got it off my porch. Upon opening the box, I had dirt fall out EVERYWHERE! I almost lost one of my Lithops. And then I got to my Calico Kitten, I CRIED when I saw how of shape it was in. Completely broken and very little dirt left in the nursery pot.
