Service by Succulents Depot was prompt and plants were healthy. However, the delivery by the U.S. Postal Serive was terrible. Plants arrived upside down with dirt spilled everywhere. I realize this mode of shipping is probably the most cost effective, but it is not very product-friendly. Unfortunately, shipping by other private carriers isn't always good either. I've seen some of these carriers literally throw boxes of merchandise into the trucks.
