I received 3 christmas cactus with heat pack. 2/3 of the soil was in the box not the pots. The plants were dead. I sent a message and picture. Since then I have send another message and picture. I have not heard a word from you. Very disappointed. I got another order from another company with a heat pack and they arrived just fine.
