I need to apologize first to the employee who injured themselves on my order. There was some blood on the packaging and after getting pricked by the cacti, I understand now. Plants arrived in expected condition, the pickle plant was DOA but I forgot to take pictures/contact within 24 hours so that's partially on me. The biplanata still looks rough, but she's making a great comeback. If it wasn't for the pickle plant this would be 5 stars!
