When it comes to customer satisfaction, these companies need to do far more. After I complained, I was later blacklisted. I discussed all of this with C/O/N/C/E/P/T/S/T/R/D/.C/O/M, and they took care of everything very well, giving me back all of my profit and money in a matter of days.
