I bought a suit in a tweed look. So everything is ok so far. Delivery was "fast" for the UK to Germany and the quality was as expected for that price region. One thing I didn't like was, that the suite was very strongly smelling like cigarettes. Maybe they are smoking in the facility in China. That was not good, because it is not "allowed" to wash this "normally", just dry wash. I mean, sure, I can invest money to get a non-smelling suit after I bought it, but is this something customers should expect? I'm pretty sure WeSuit.co was never doing a check on this suit and also has never opened the package. They are just forwarding this from the container to the customer. So have low expectations and then everything is fine. Short update: Customer support is doing very well and was contacting me about that issue. So they will take care of the cleaning and I appreciate that service!
