Misleading Discounts and Poor Customer Service I recently made my first purchase with Suits Direct, attracted by their 15% off discount code for new subscribers. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The discount code failed to work during checkout, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, their customer service refused to honor the discount. Their justification was based on vague wording in the terms and conditions, which they claimed excluded my purchase. However, the wording they cited was misleading and did not explicitly state the exclusions they claimed it did. As a first-time customer, I relied on the advertised discount and made my purchase based on that information. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and misled. Suits Direct's lack of transparency and unwillingness to address the issue is unacceptable. It's clear they prioritize technicalities over customer satisfaction. While their suits might be of decent quality, I cannot recommend Suits Direct due to their poor customer service and misleading discount practices. Potential customers should be aware that advertised discounts may not be honored, and any issues may be met with resistance. I urge Suits Direct to improve their communication and customer service practices. Until then, I advise shoppers to proceed with caution.
