Personally we have had an excellent experience of this company. We bought the lean-to garden pergola and the quality is fantastic. Every powder -coated beam had protective film on it and there was not a thing damaged on delivery. When constructing we discovered we had two “right hand” end plates so we phoned the company and the gentleman could not have been any more helpful. He asked us to send an email with the part number and a picture of it and they would send one out straight away. The construction was fairly straightforward- so long as you follow the instructions carefully. Not a nut, bolt or screw missing, and the packaging was perfect for the kit. I would highly recommend this company for the product we have bought!
