They ripped us off. Money is still owed to us. They are scammers! They come across as really genuine and kind but it’s lies. When it comes to property and exchange of any money they have no morals. Do yourself a favour and go with a reputable agency. In the long run you’ll be happy you did. If you are renting out your property you are entitled to a good service. They don’t seem to appreciate that. The customer does not come first.
