Sunmaster recommended a hotel in Spain that was known to have drug dealers outside confirmed by local police there were ongoing issues.
Asked them to change hotel when made aware and sunmaster said it was my fault for not researching the hotel when there own staff recommended it and charged an admin fee of £100.
