We are new customers and so far have found everyone to be very helpful, reliable, and courteous. We have an older home and relied on window AC units and oil baseboard heat. With a simple phone call we spoke to Sarah who helped us get set up with an appointment with sales representative Bill Bentz. We had an appointment within a week and it was nice to received a text and also a picture of Bill so we knew he was on the way. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave us many options that would work with our older home. We chose AC/heat pump and were thrilled to be able to take advantage of the 0% financing that was being offered. Bonn and Markese were the installers. They were very friendly, professional, and meticulous. They worked carefully and seamlessly and made sure everything was throughly cleaned at the end of each day. We were kept updated throughout the entire process by e-mail and text. We have not yet had a chance to use our new unit but our very excited to have it to keep our family cool and warm for many years to come.
