I've been using Sunset Lake's CBD tincture every night before bed for 3 years now. It really helps relax me for a good night's sleep, and I know it works because when I've gone away and forgotten to bring it with me, I had a much harder time falling asleep! I haven't tried the melatonin version because the plain CBD works well for me, but every product we've tried (my husband loves taking a gummie and soaking in the bathtub!) has been high quality, effective and shipped super fast.
