After taking the Citrus-flavored CBD oil 2X per day for a week, the pain is now under control and I'm able to do simple stretching exercises which help even more. The oil tastes very good with no lingering aftertaste and it comes in a bottle which is easier to open than some others. I think when I reorder, I will switch to the 1000 mg strength to control the pain even more.
