We have a requirement from the hotel as my wife suffers from acrophobia. We have put a message on your request board as well as discussing this with Paul (one of your staff) and when originally booking.
We will not be able to make the payment, which I would do this week until this matter is confirmed.
As we have not been on holiday yet with Sunshine we cannot review the below area.
