Disappointed that I got the airport to find I should have checked in otherwise there would be a £55 charge per person. No warning from sunshine holidays about this before hand. Tried to log in but didn't know the email address used for the booking, clearly not mine. Rang sunshine holidays, no response.
The airline finally helped me find the spurious email address used to book and I checked in within minutes of the deadline. too stressful when travelling with young kids, will not be using you again.
