Offered a great range of holidays however the website itself was a bit of a pain. My main complaint however is having booked a family holiday for 2 adults and 2 children we were then informed that it does not include any luggage - a family of 4 for a 7 night holiday and no luggage? Although it did include 23kg of hand luggage which is just ridiculous. So at a cost of £240 I have added luggage. Your holidays should come with a luggage allowance - no one holidays with no luggage.
