Signed up in January 2020. Have taken £30+ a week totalling nearly £700. Never received a handset nor any communication in that time, so I threatened to report as fraud to my bank. Rather than make any effort of contact they just closed my account.
Trying to recover the money they said they do not owe me anything and that the 14 day cooling off period had passed.
Obviously at this time I was unaware they were going to steal near £1000 from my bank and they did not uphold their side of the contract following this 14 day period.
You can’t just take £700 from someone and not return a product.
All I asked for was a device, and after taking £700 in payments they said I’m not even entitled to that.
I’m currently discussing with a solicitor as they’re not signed up with ombudsman when they should be.
Sincerely advise everyone to avoid.
How they can sleep at night is beyond me.
