The company is based in Germany not the UK (despite uk website and numbers!!!). Be aware that waiting time is very long. I am already waiting for my delivery for over a month (items were in stock lol). When I started chasing them, they stopped responding to my calls. The manager, Sabrina is absolutely rude and she does not help you resolving any issues. They will send you misleading emails and will not admit that they don't actually know where your items are and how to manage the business the way that the customers will be satisfied. Or at least updated on what is going on with their items they spent lots of money on. When there are delays, the will not take any blame whatsoever. They will keep telling you that you have to wait, and the delay is a normal thing (they say we never promised to deliver items quickly). Avoid this company by all means!!!!!
